REFUND POLICY – High Trust Events

Single Ticket Refund Policy

For Individuals who have purchased a single ticket, the Refund Policy is as follows:

  • The cash refund percentage paid out is based on the difference between the date we receive the cancellation request and the posted start of the event, per the schedule below:
    • 6 Months or More before the event:     100% Refund
    • 90 Days or More before the event:           50% Refund
    • Less than 90 days before the event:           0% Refund
  • Single Tickets are fully transferable to others within your company or organization.  To add/delete or change the name on your ticket, please email support@hightrust.com
  • You may also elect to apply 100% of your unused ticket to a future High Trust event.  Tickets will be credited to a future event only one-time.  After that, the ticket is void with no refund.  Please email support@hightrust.com

Group Package Exchange Policy

For Groups who have purchased 5 or more tickets, the Exchange Policy is as follows:

  • No Cash Refunds
  • Group Tickets are fully transferable to others within your company or organization.  To add/delete or change names on your Attendee List, please email support@hightrust.com
  • If you cannot use all of your Group Tickets for the High Trust event it was originally purchased for, you may transfer the unused tickets to a future High Trust event.  Please email support@hightrust.com
