The total investment for you and the top leader of your choice to attend is $10,000 for one retreat or $15,000 for both retreats. In this opening session, the framework of thinking and achieving will take on a new meaning as it relates to both success and significance. In a fast-paced, illustrative session, Todd will reveal the key ideas around preparing you for a phenomenal 2019 and beyond.
9:00 AM – 10:15 AM Session 2: Power Hitting
Each ELITE member will have 5-minutes to share their greatest achievement for the year. We are looking for high impact shares involving any one of the points from The Art of Genius unpacked in “quick-hit” fashion.

10:30 AM – 12:00 Noon Session 3: Best Practices Mastermind #1
Margin Compression / Price Concessions / Shifting Market
The group will break into two smaller groups, one group with branch manager/management and the other with LO’s; spend 45-minutes in a best-practices dialog on what is working and the impact it’s having. Then we will interchange the ideas from each group for enhancing strategy upon return.

What does the new world of teams and LOA’s look like with the changing landscape of technology and automation? Who have you hired? What do they do? How much to they make? How to metric them? What is working? What is not? This will be an Open Discussion involving the whole group.

On a volunteer basis, this session is offered to any ELITE member who would like to go deep sharing their top idea for the year, unpacking the implementation steps and entertaining questions from their fellow members.

10:30 AM– 11:30 AM Session 8: Preparing for Changing Times
In this open dialog, we will shift gears and talk about making the next 5-10 years really, really count. There is nothing that can’t be discussed. Relationships? Stress? Money? Security? Investing?
The goal of this final session is to be SUPER truthful, transparent and vulnerable with your fears and your needs. We want to finish in a “deep” connected state.
